Dear Nokia,
The design of Unicode is very good to support multi-bytes characters in
non-english languages. But, the world before Nokia is Dos and Microsoft.
He has dominated and set his standard for Thai Computer language for a long time. Included any IDE and tools that use to develope symbian.
It means that, a compatibility between Nokia and PC is not to be done directly. for ex., if we copy a Thai ascii text file from Window to Symbian Phone and write symbian program to read and show to a display, It is not shown correctly.
So, if Nokia change the way to handle Thai character in Symbian to conform Microsoft. The problem can be solved.
In Thai, we will not use Unicode for Thai Language. Except for no choice to select. We use Microsoft's ASCII.

Wait for SDK 3rd Edition for Thai
