    MMS notification question

I found a mms notification binary code:
    0605040B8423F02506226170706C69636174696F6E2F766E642E7761702E6D6D732D6D65737361676500AF848C82983433383145323237008D90890780626172727900965B204D4D532050555348205D008A808E022E5188058103093A8083687474703A2F2F3231312E3133372E38342E3135332F6F6B2E6D6D7300

    the example is:
06--User Data Header Length (6 bytes)
05--UDH Item Element id (Port Numbers)
    ...

where could I find the official document to explain the binary code?
Or how to create a notification binary code?

    Re: MMS notification question

Can I extract the URL of my mms and then programatically retrieve this from the server. will it work. Have you tried extracting the hyperlink and then exernally view it through WAP browser.

I read somewhere that MMS delivery can be done over TCP/IP (HTTP) without using a WAP WSP as transportation. How does this differ in the whole process of message fetching.
