    Move focus from tab to list in containers

    Dear friends
    I make am application from 4 views and every view have container in container I have list. I use group Tab to move from view to another one “I use it in my UI-class” the problem how to make the focus move from the tab to the list in the container and back to tab
    Example when price to right move from tab to tab and when pres down move in the list to down. By the way I use mobile Borland IDE 1.5

    you should propably re-think your navigation design. Basically if you just have listboxes etc. that require only up/down keys, then you could use left/right to change view in all cases. Othervise you'll need to implement a logic that knows when to swiths the left/right usage between tabs & container content. this logic is up to your own desings really.

    In CClientAppUi::HandleKeyEventL I move in tabs and activates the view
    In the view I make focus on list to make the move up and down ,the problem when the focus on list and pres to right arrow list componontes can’t see the EEventKey ,that why CClientAppUi::HandleKeyEventL can’t recognize that key is right arrow

    I see, maybe if you don't want to change your architecture, then you could implement a callback function in your AppUi class that your view would call when it gets Left/Right keyevent, then your AppUi could go activating another view according to its logic.
