IIS Default Page for Both HTML and WML

There is a default.htm in IIS 4.0. How to setup the NT server in such a way that when PC user enters URL://mysite.com, it would go to default.htm, whereas WAP phone user enters URL://mysite.com, it would go to default.wml ?

Any advice or any source code available on the net ?

I am not sure about how you would acheive it.

But I have following code in default.asp

    Set uAgent = Request.ServerVariables("HTTP_USER_AGENT&quot
IF Left(uAgent,2) = "UP" THEN 'Is it a UP compatible browser?
    ' through UPBrowser WML
    ELSE
    ' through HTML
    END IF

    Regards,
    Khurram

Check out the WAP FAQ article. It has a better way:

    http://wap.colorline.no/wap-faq/?format=html&pair=04.006

I actually just check if the incoming browser can accept wap, and goto the wml page if they can without even worrying about the device (unlike the example). Using the HTTP_ACCEPT to see if they accept VND.WAP.WML is the fastest way.

For those serving dynamic sites, check out PolarWAP Dynamic Compiler for IIS. http://www.polarwap.com
