Exclamation How to upgrade a Midlet?

A Scenario, J2ME Application Version will be stored in Database Server. Midlet will check if there is newer version available on server using Http/Socket connection. If there is newer version available on the database, user will be prompted to upgrade the application. User will have options for upgrade or upgrade it later.

can anyone please suggest solution for the same apart from platformRequest(String URL)…

    Thanks in advance.
