Do you link against eikcoctl.lib? Check if you have

    LIBRARY eikcoctl.lib

    in your mmp-file.

there's some troubles with mmp files, check wether compiler commented your eikcoctl.lib? if so you have to rewrite it outside of IDE, and than delete old mmp from project and import new.

    good luck
