    How to solve this error?!

When I try to compile a C++ sdk sample, in VC++ 6.0 it gave me this error:

    --------------------Configuration: addentry - Win32 Debug--------------------
e:\symbian\7.0s\series60_v20\examples\appengine\agendamodel\addentry\addentry.cpp(9) : fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'apparc.h': No such file or directory
    Error executing cl.exe.

    addentry.exe - 1 error(s), 0 warning(s)

I think, you should read the help; Symbian projects are not built by importing .h and .cpp files directly...
Instead, the SDK supplies a special toolchain; start with SDK Help/Series 60/Series 60 Examples/Building and Running the SDK Examples.

In the same folder where the appentry.cpp file is, execute the command-line commands:

    bldmake bldfiles
    abld makefile vc6

This will make a MSVC++6.0 workspace file (.DSW) in the folder

or something like that. When you run MSVC++6.0, use Open Workspace and find this .DSW file and open it as a workspace. This will set things up for you to build. I gather from your posting you are trying to just open the single file, addentry.cpp, and trying to compile it. As wizard_hu_ said, this will not work.
