I've downloaded CodeWarrior 3.1 from this link:
    http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...rsion_3_1.html

And when i'm trying to install it (click twice on CodeWarrior_PRO_Edition_31.exe file) it starts and shows this error:

    What to do?
    Please help!
I won't download this big file again... :'(

    TO Nokia Admins

I want to check, maybe file was downloaded with errors...

Re: Error when installing CodeWarrior 3.1? Help!

    Hi,
I believe that the error message means that the Setup.dll is unable to install.
This seems like a protection problem. You must be the "Administrator" or have admin rights to install the kit. On the NFTS partition you must have full Access to Change all directory rights.

My user accounts CANNOT install S60 3rd ED, the readme.txt states this.
It is unlikely you have a corrupt file as most install packages do self checking.

This package will add registry setting and may be blocked

You can check package integrity with WinRAR archiver packager.

Disconnect from the Web and turn off AntiVirus software as some AV with spyware and registry protection software will stop install along.

    OK.
    1.You must be the "Administrator"
Yes I am. I'm only one user, using this computer and I've administrator rights...
    2.NTFS
    Nope, I've FAT...

    How? I'm using WinRar 3.0
5.Disconnect from the Web and turn off AntiVirus software as some AV with spyware and registry protection software will stop install along.
Done - but did not help...

6.It is unlikely you have a corrupt file as most install packages do self checking.
But if this is the answer? Could someone write me an MD5-sum of this file?
    CodeWarrior_PRO_Edition_31.exe
And if it's true (I'll check this later) I please you to help me with the correction of my file (I've a correction tool for this, it recognises wrong blocks and makes a file with this blocks but from good file so I could insert them into my file). It sounds terrible, but belive me It's just because of my bad English... Sorry...

    Thanks!
