    Displaying Web page on mobile

    hello everybody


    i want to develop an application for mobile where in when the application starts the application will connect to web server and access a web page over there.the web page will contain images.i want the web page to be displayed in my application.how is this possible.i dont want it to do through web browser coz i need to pass the date and time of mobile phone as parameters to my web server.plz help

    MIDP doesn't have any classes to display HTML, so in order to display a web page you would have to write a parser/renderer yourself.

    Does it have to be HTML though? Because passing the relevant information as plain text or binary data and displaying a screen created locally would be much easier.
