Launch MIDlet from native (C++) on S60 3rd Ed.?

How do I start an installed MIDlet from C++ code on S60 3rd Ed. (Symbian 9.1)? All other posts seem to be assuming earlier editions.

Try nboot.sis which helps you to launch your MIDlets
