I'm new to mobile development, so please be patient.

I have created an XML provisioning document that I hope will create a new SIP
profile. I have converted the file to WBXML using xml2WBXML.

Can I simply download the file from a phone's webbrowser?
I know that WBXML files are normally sent to phones using SMS or
a WAP push. However, can a Nokia S60 series phone pull the content from
a webserver? Do I need to have a WAP gateway installed?
