First of all you need to install a Series 60 SDK. I recommend the S60 2nd edition FP3 for the N70. You can download that here:

    http://www.forum.nokia.com/info/sw.n...16-3.0-mr.html

Then you will need a development tool, like Carbide Express. You can get that here:

    http://www.forum.nokia.com/carbide

Then you can open Carbide and create a new project by selecting File > New > Symbian OS C++ Project, give it a name, and select "S60 2.x Hello World GUI Application."

This will create a basic Hello World application.

I don't understand what you mean when you say you "can't write order." Can you phrase that another way please? Are you getting an error of some kind? Are you seeing a dialog or error message that you were not expecting?

The project I pointed you to is a simple Hello World app that uses a GUI. You want one that's just in plain text? Very few apps use that any more, but there is one included in the SDK. Go to File > Import > Symbian MMP File and select C:\Symbian\8.1a\S60_2nd_FP3\Examples\basics\helloworld\helloworld.mmp. This is a console app that just displays "Hello World" on the screen. It doesn't get any simpler than that.

That's exactly what the example I pointed you to does. Look at the source code for helloworld.cpp in C:\Symbian\8.1a\S60_2nd_FP3\Examples\basics\helloworld.
