Lovely phone, but not as useful to me for BUSINESS as was my 6021 (stolen/lost) and my 6230 were - due to voice dialling being inadequate mainly.
1. Multiple voice tags per contact.
I found the E60 quite a step backwards from the 6021 and 6230 because the E60 only permits one voice entry per contact (as far as I can tell).
The older phones allowed you to manually enter a voice tag for each phone entry under a contact. For example, if I had a contact called Lady Di and that contact had a home number, mobile number, direct work number, and work switchboard number then these can all be captured in all 3 phones. However, in the 6xxx phones I could associate a voice tag with each of them and when driving then I could make a handsfree call EASILY to whichever.
In the E60, the phone picks one of these numbers (somehow) and decides that the name "Lady Di" will only be associated with that one number.
Looks like I might to go back to the awful days of the Nokia 2110 and split the contact down into separate contacts again, so that each of Ldy Di's phone numbers can have a voice entry. That really BREAKS synchronisation with Outlook in a BIG FAT WAY
When it comes to voice dialling, E60 is less useful than the 6021 and 6230.
2. Able to add voice tags into contacts on top of default voice tag.
This is really a solution to #1. I cannot see that in the E60 it is possible to record a voice tag and add it to any contact. Perhaps the voice command system could be extended to have an application option "Call Contact phone number"?
3. Need better way of training and using the voice recognition system.
Ok, I am not American, not English and not Finnish - Australian. The voice recognition system really really really struggles with my words. I have "home" working but most others do not generate a list that is even close to the one I am looking for.
4. Better interoperability with the CK-7W.
Voice recognition should work when in a cradle connected to 7W.
When connected via Bluetooth, the ring should come out car speakers and not phone (my 6xxx phones work properly, E60 does not).
