Newbie question... remove installed program from SDK

    Hi!

Im a newbie in symbian c++ programming and im trying to develop a new project... Actually i've just started testing some of the sample.

Im using s60 3rd edition as the sdk and carbide.c++ as the emulator... i build and run the "HELLOWORDAPPLICATION" in the carbide and saw the result in the sdk... Then i try to edit some of the function in the helloworldapplication, but when i try to run the application in the sdk.. i was prompt with "APP closed...." something like that... then when i try to view the application in the installed program... its still the same and has not been edited... can u help me with my problem?

    Please share... Thanks

    Ron

Put some breakpoints in your code, debug it and check on which line it is causing error.

    Hello Ron,

As Kiran suggested try debugging your code or paste the portion of the code modified by you so that someone might help you.

    Regards.

I would suggest you to enable the display extended panic in your emulator by which you can see the actual reason for the crash... then as others mentioned try to find out which line is causing the error.
