Compile single file (like Ctrl-F7 in Carbide.vs)

Is there any way to compile single file in Carbide.c++ ?
I used to press Ctrl-F7 (Visual Studio) while I was developing using Carbide.vs to check for errors (Emulator build). In Carbide.c++ I have to make build.
I would like to fast check does code have syntax errors.

The C++ version of the Eclipse framework does not currently support single-file compilation. We're evaluating adding this functionality to Eclipse in a future release but have made no decisions yet.
