build does nothing - carbide express

    Hi all,

    I have a strange "error".

I created a project, last week it was building fine, everything was correct. I used Carbide express + UIQ3 SDK.
This morning I want to make few minor changes in my code, then when I click on project/Clean I got the following console output (instantly):

**** Clean-only build of configuration UIQ 3.0 Phone (GCCE) Release for project rtmi ****
    Build complete for project rtmi

I don't need to say that no action was performed!

I might be missing something obvious, but can't figure what.
Have any of you guys encountered this same strange behaviour?
    Thanks for your help.

    Vincent.

Re: build does nothing - carbide express

    Hi again,
it seems that my problem comes from an empty generated makefile.
Does anyone know how to fix this?
    Thanks in advance.

    Vincent.

Re: build does nothing - carbide express

Try deleting the entire (generated) build folder where the makefiles exist. If problem still occurs check the PDE Error Log (under Window > Show View) and see if possibly there's a crash happening during the makfile generation and post back the stack trace, if any.

    Thanks,
    Tim
