My suggestion is uninstall again and then remove the S60 folder completely (c:\Symbian \7.0s\S60_version).

After that try to reinstall it again.

I did as you recommends , I removed physically the (Symbian) Root after Un-Installation but still nothing done, I reinstall (1-Active Perl,2-S60 SDK, Carbide Vs) but still the emulator is blank.

I have seen this problem once in a while (but not that often). Usually restarting the emulator should fix the problem.

Btw, what is the specification of your PC? My feeling says this problem occur when the PC is too slow.

However, as I said, for my case, restarting the emulator will fix the problem because somehow the cache file is already on the memory.

I did much more than restarting, I uninstall all the SW+SDK+IDE , and deleting (Physically) the subdirectories roots from (HD) then reinstalling the (SW+SDK+IDE) the same problem remains My Laptop has (Xp-Proffesional) as plattform and it is (Toshiba) Satallite Pro (1.6)GH Processor.
