    Self Signing with ACS ID

is it possible to self sign Symbian 9 using ACS ID or only using makekeys ? I havent had any success self signing with my Verisign ACS ID, only with the makekeys generated pair.

Re: Self Signing with ACS ID

What you are asking for does not make sense.

YOu can generate a certificate and key using makekeys which you can then sign a sis file with, providing the application and its supplied dll's only use user granted capabilities.

Otherwise you will need to use the devcert request tool to generate a csr file, upload that to the symbian signed web site to get your .cer file which can then be used to sign your sis file.
