Copying Text Messages to PC using Nokia PC Suite'

Easily enough, I copied most of the messages that were on my Nokia 6230 phone to my PC using the Nokia PC Suite and a DKU-2 usb data cable. However, there are still some messages I am having problems with. They can be opened fine on the hanset but within the Nokia PC Suite they just show as a blank text with no text, to, or from attributes. The date is showing up as 30/11/1999. They are definitely not that old! Some of them I only received yesterday. They are just plain sms. Here's what they look inside (complete / message body lost for some reason)

    BEGIN:VMSG
    VERSION:1.1
    X-IRMC-STATUS:
    X-IRMC-BOX:INBOX
    X-NOK-DT:00000T000000Z
    X-MESSAGE-TYPE:
    BEGIN:VCARD
    VERSION:3.0
    N:
    TEL:
    END:VCARD
    BEGIN:VENV
    BEGIN:VBODY
    Date:00.00.0 00:00:00

    END:VBODY
    END:VENV
    END:VMSG

    Any ideas, anybody? Thanks

couple reasons why it may not show up. the date probably is showing up as the date you say because that's the minimum date the software will support (memory reasons perhaps?).

I only say this because the message example you show clearly has 0's where the DateTime should be.

    The fields ...

    X-NOK-DT:00000T000000Z
    ...
    BEGIN:VBODY
    Date:00.00.0 00:00:00
    [txt body]
    END:VBODY
    ...
...are the fields that represent the timestamp of the message, and the body. (I inserted [txt body] to denote where the text body would usually be.

Valid fields should look like ...

    X-NOK-DT:20090509T071443Z
    ...
    BEGIN:VBODY
    Date:09.05.2009 07:14:43
    This is a test message.
    END:VBODY

Truth is .. i'm only stumbling across this because i'm writing an application that will thread messages between me and all the recipients.

If you know if this has already been completed, please lemme know ;-)

the content you have pasted here is looking like a VCard (a business cards).. when someone sends you an info about some user in his/her phonebook, he/she sends it like an sms, but in a VCard form..
it could be your phone is handling/storing VCards in a specific way..?
i'm not sure, but you could try to use Object Push Service (with Bluetooth) to send/receive VCards..
