When an application provides context-sensitive help using the system Help application, the Help application starts but gives the error message "No help topics available". This happens when the application UID3 is in the unprotected range.

More information about Symbian protected/unprotected UIDs and Symbian Signed is available at www.symbiansigned.com.

How to reproduce

Apply for a protected UID from Symbian and use it as the application UID3.
