Asking for the default time zone ID and raw offset produces erroneous results for the time zones with half-hour parts for S60 MIDlets.

If the current time zone for the phone contains half-hour parts, that is, they are not on the hour (for example, Indian Standard Time GMT +05:30), the phone reports the hour ID and raw offset from GMT when queried with getID and getRawOffset() methods. For example, for GMT +05:30 the ID returned is GMT +05:00 and raw offset is 18000000, not 19800000.

No workaround available.
