The setDisplaySize method does not work properly on S60 devices. The default size is used instead.

The videoControl.setDisplaySize() method does not work properly on S60 3rd Edition devices. Even if proper parameters are given, the display is always scaled to the maximum allowed size in the application pane while maintaining the aspect ratio. For example, in the Nokia 3250 the default size is 176x132 pixels.

How to reproduce

Attempt to change the displaySize with the videoControl.setDisplaySize(width, height) method and observe the results.

No solution exists.
