Changing the content of a textField for example in a loop (countdown) causes the screen to flicker each time the textField is updated. The same flicker effect may also appear when moving the cursor from one field to another.

How to reproduce

Create, for example, a short loop that will run a countdown on the textField by using the setString() method to manipulate the content periodically. The screen will flicker each time the field is updated.
