Every application need to be pass symbian signed criteria before signed with certified signing. Application may not use some feature and can ignore some testing criteria. For example if application does not use auto-start feature than developer can ignore test case Correct auto-start behavior (UNI-11). Some test case must be pass by all applications, for example Scalable UI compliance (UNI-10) must be pass by all GUI applications.
