Android is a software stack for mobile devices that includes an operating system, middleware, and key applications. While it is based on Linux, applications are written in Java, but with a different set of libraries than Java SE or Java ME. Porting is usually necessary when going/coming from other Java-based systems and applications.

This category primarily contains articles about porting between Android and Nokia platforms.
