Description

The marquee effect does not work in CAknSingleHeadingStyleListBox with long headers. The marquee effect only works for the second column. Moreover, when the header is long, marquee does not work properly for the second column either. The first column can display the maximum number of characters limited by space and then shows three dots.

How to reproduce

Create a CAknSingleHeadingStyleListBox class and enter long texts for both the first and the second column. Enable the marquee effect with CColumnListBoxData::EnableMarqueeL() and observe the marquee effect for that item.

Solution

No solution available with CAknSingleHeadingStyleListBox. Avoid using long texts in the header column.
