Please note that as of October 24, 2014, the Nokia Developer Wiki will no longer be accepting user contributions, including new entries, edits and comments, as we begin transitioning to our new home, in the Windows Phone Development Wiki. We plan to move over the majority of the existing entries. Thanks for all your past and future contributions.

Note.pngNote: Please note that, following the withdrawal of Carbide.vs, Nokia Developer no longer supports the Microsoft Visual Studio IDE for Symbian C++ development.

PE stands for the Portable Executable file format. This format specifies the structure of executable and object files for the Microsoft Windows operating systems. The PE format is aimed to enable hardware and machine architecture independent executables across the family of Windows operating systems.
