Playing audio to telephony uplink on S60 2nd Edition, FP2 and FP3


Prior to S60 2nd Edition, FP2, audio playback using CMdaAudioPlayerUtility is automatically routed to telephony uplink if a voice call is currently active.
From S60 2nd Edition, FP2 onwards, the player utility needs to be configured with a custom preference value (TMdaPriorityPreference) in order for the playback to be directed to telephony uplink.
