Wolf11747 - Problem with sample code

I have a problem in here:

           if (LandMarkCount >= 0)
                   MessageBox.Show("There is no information available for your location");
                   progressBar.IsIndeterminate = false;
                   progressBar.Visibility = Visibility.Collapsed;

I get the mesage "There is no information available for your location" this means that i am not getting information here

XElement xmlDataStill = XElement.Parse(e.Result);

but i should (unless it doesnt works in Mexico, but i dont think so)

does this needs an api key or something in this part?? string url = "" + latitude + "," + longitude + "&radius=1000&name=" + LandMarkName + "&sensor=true/false&key=<Your Google API Key>";

sorry if this is a noob's problem but i am new in the use of API's
