Hamishwillee - Yes they are
What a great set of articles you've contributed over the last couple of months!
I've given this a minor subedit. The main change is the introduction, to provide a very slightly more deep explanation of what the Nokia UI API delivers. I also fixed up some of the library links that didn't work (you might want to retest the links).
I would have been slightly tempted to have this as two cross-linked articles "How to handle multi-touch in Java ME" and "How to crop an image with multitouch on Java ME" - with your current title though the content is completely appropriate. Only suggesting this because "How to crop an image with multitouch on Java ME" is an interesting and useful stand alone topic.

Jappit - Thank you for the fixes
I've got a long backlog of planned articles, and I've finally found some time to write them.I had the same doubt about splitting the article, but while writing I've found that the image-cropping section had not enough original material, compared to the multi-touch introduction and the image processing articles, to be worth a standalone article. But I'm still not 100% sure here, and probably discovery would be easier for developers interested in that specific topic, with a specific article. It's a hard decision :)

Hamishwillee - It is OK as is
Its a workable decision made for good reasons - no point trying to second guess yourself.
Don't know where you find the time. Probably in the middle of the night, typing one handed while trying to rock a child to sleep.thanks again.

Summeli - This works also with S40 full touchThis article woks also with S40 tull touch in phone marketing terms, and Nokia SDK 2.0 in developer terms :) I would add it to the metadata if I would only be sure which platform to add.

Hamishwillee - Summeli - added
Thanks very much. I added the platforms (you can see up in the article metadata - these are just added as "categories").
What device did you try the code on? That goes in the "ArticleMetaData" section for "devices="
