Talk:How to make the pivot control app title match inbuilt apps

Hamishwillee - Subedited

Thanks for this. I don't think I would have noticed this if you hadn't pointed it out - but I'm sure commercial customers would!

I've subedited this to improve readability. The main change was to move the inbuilt vs user created images side by side. At this point the differences are obvious and there isn't any need to a)have a separate comparison image and b) have instructions on how someone can try this out themselves (other than at very high level as I did). I then added headings to separate out your two key sections.

The last change was to rename the article - while what you did is technically correct, I believe the simpler title I've changed it to is simpler and just as informative. If your article had been generically about setting styles then the original would have been OK (though no point mentioning TitleControl because this is meaningless until you read the article). Hope that makes sense.

Please check that you're happy with the changes I made.

NOTE, you can use # at the beginning of each line to create numbered lists and * for bulleted lists. You can use gallery tag for galleries of images (ie the two up top). You can use the code tag to mark up your code with syntax highlighting.

ArchieCoder - Your suggestions

Hello Hamish,

Your suggestions that you have made really make sense and are welcome.

I'll take note about the *, # and the code tag.

Thank you
