Hamishwillee - Why use a parent property (progressValue) for the text in the Qt example?

In the Qt example you set value of text progressValue, and then use this value to define the text field value. You shouldn't need to do this - the text property of the TextField should be directly accessible in the slider handler and its value can be defined in javascript. You'd only do it this way - defining a separate property - if you need that property to be set/get outside of the component. That is not the case here.
