Visual Web Developer Express is a free IDE from Microsoft to develop websites using ASP.NET Technology. It can create mobile websites too with ASP.NET Mobile Controls technology that can create WML, XHTML MP or HTML content based on the device that is browsing the website.

You can design visually the mobile form, dragging and dropping mobile controls and settings its properties. You can add behavior to the website with Visual Basic o C# languages and to connect to many databases, like SQL Server.

You can download free this IDE from http://www.microsoft.com/visualstudio/en-us/products/2010-editions/visual-web-developer-express
