Archived:How to write a Flash Stub application to protect your SWF file?

From Nokia Developer Wiki
Jump to: navigation, search

Flash Viewer Framework API is available in S60 3rd edition FP1 onwards. It allows you to have an application icon and caption text in the My Own folder. The SWF is stored in the private directory to prevent users from accessing/distributing it directly. Upon launching the application, flashlite player will be launched to play the SWF file from the private directory. The flash stub application will not work if you have a Symbian user interface.
