Description

The GPS positioning methods can only be enabled or disabled by the end user of the phone. Positioning methods cannot be changed programmatically.

There is an API in the S60 3rd Ed, FP2 SDK plug-in to launch the location settings UI from an application. For more information, see CS001035 - Location Settings Launch API.
