Reply from sent items design pattern
In S60 messaging application, users can reply to a message from the inbox but not from the sent items. Instead, they have to select the forward option and then select the recipient name from the phonebook. To save all this user’s effort and time, a reply option can be added to the sent view of messaging application.
- When the same message is required to be sent again in case of non-delivery.
- To save the number of clicks required in replying from sent items.
