Welcome to the Nokia Developer Wiki, home to 9071 community created articles, code examples, and other resources for developing on Nokia's Windows Phone (Lumia), Nokia Asha and HERE Location platforms (and all our other service and legacy platforms too).

The wiki is easy to use, but if you do need help there is plenty of guidance in the Help or from our discussion board. Content improvements are welcomed, and significant contribution is rewarded through the Wiki Contributor of the Month program.

Green Ribbon.gif

Alessandro La Rosa (jappit ) has been selected as COM winner for the month of July.

jappit is a Nokia Developer Champion, and has been a member of the community since 2007. Over the last three months he has written a large number of new articles for the Nokia Asha Software Platform, including Implementing an AM/FM radio in Java ME, Handling multitouch in Java ME, Image processing showcase using the AMMS API in Java ME, HTTP digest access authentication in Java ME, HTTP basic access authentication in Java ME, MD5 hash in Java ME, Integrating NAX in a LWUIT application, Phone Setting API on the Asha software platform, Network State API for Java ME, Localizing a Java app on the Asha software platform, Nokia notifications on the Asha software platform, Integrating your social presence with the Digital Marketing Toolkit website. Many of these have been "Featured", and all of them are well written and informative.

We'll be sending Alessandro a high end Lumia Device. Please join me in congratulating him on the discussion boards.

Jappit was up against tough competition - we'll be keeping a close eye on PedroQ and paulo.morgado in the coming months after the great work they did this month.

Next month we've got another high-end Lumia for our Wiki Contributor of the Month. That could be one of our great contributors from last month or it could be you: all you need to do is contribute useful articles, example codes, tutorials, or significantly shape up the existing ones!
