The Open C/C++ 1.7.5 Plug-in is available. It provides developers with defect fixes and performance improvements to the standard C and C++ APIs for all S60 3rd Edition and S60 5th Edition devices and SDKs.
The device software is signed for installation on Symbian devices from Nokia, Samsung, and Sony Ericsson. The software is configured so that it is included in device backup and restore operations.

The plug-in provides headers and libraries that enable development of Open C/C++ application engines and middleware using an S60 SDK on a Microsoft Windows PC. The plug-in adds Symbian device installation files to the SDK that provide the DLLs that enable the on-device execution of applications and middleware based on Open C/C++. The plug-in also adds documentation and example applications to an S60 SDK.
